The first step to building well-connected communities is creating and supporting opportunities for neighbors to get to know each other.
National Night Out is an annual event hosted by neighborhoods across Omaha with the goals of bringing people together and creating positive experiences between residents, police officers, fire fighters, and local representatives.
These events take a different shape and form in every neighborhood. Omaha uniquely has a huge number of neighborhoods that host National Night Out events every year.
This year’s National Night Out events will take place on Tuesday, August 7th. To get in touch with your neighborhood association, you can find contact info at oneomaha.org/neighborhoods.
We have a limited number of the signs seen in the picture above available. Participating groups can receive up to 6 signs. To schedule a time to pick up signs, contact Michael Van Sant at firstname.lastname@example.org. Signs are first come first serve and going quick!
