Planning: Neighborhood Action and Fact Partner Meeting

The next community partner meeting for Neighborhood Action and Fact (the focus neighborhood for the holistic revitalization effort) is Friday, November 9th at 10:30am at the Salvation Army at 2424 Pratt Street. Several recently completed projects will be discussed including the AARP funded place making project at 24th and Pratt, cleanup and tree removal along Highway 75, the progress of the City’s application for technical assistance from the National Parks Service, and the upcoming sale of the Carver Bank and Simple Simon buildings. Additionally, updates on ongoing projects, programs and applications by the City of Omaha Housing and Community Development Division and other organizations working in the area will be discussed.
